Hello,
and welcome to our share of the tracks on the Web. We are
Choo Choo Clan Publishing, a small press company dedicated to
the publishing of interesting books and artwork by talented
up-and-coming artists. We have recently published our
first book, Crazy By The Letters: Mental Problems from A to
Z. A refreshing and funny resource for various mental
illnesses written and Illustrated by Joey Chou.
Our
objective is to publish and promote the work of young artists in
the realm of comic art, to help assist moving their work to the
mainstream for commercial purposes. We start by managing
the process from editing your material to getting it
professionally printed and getting it onto the shelves at as
many stores as possible in key markets. We absorb the full
cost of this process as well as promotion costs.
We
are currently seeking additional creative visual artists who
also have a knack for writing. If this is you, please
email us with information about yourself, a link to some of your
current work, and background information on a book that you have
completed but haven't published. You may also send copies
of your materials to our mailing address for review. We
will not be able to return these copies.

WonderCon 08

We
sponsored Joey Chou's attendance in San Francisco at
WonderCon to help support his work and promote the book
Crazy By the Letters. The table was located in the
small press area. Although a smaller convention
compared to Comic-Con, there were still huge crowds on
Saturday and Sunday. Because of his
attendance, we were able to get several more stores to
carry the book. Hooray!
